Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile game Airplane Crash Madness and any related services provided by Airplane Crash Madness Studios LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

To use the Game, you must be at least 13 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. You confirm that you meet these requirements when using the Game.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial use on your compatible device.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Game
• Use bots, cheats, or hacks
• Distribute or copy the Game without permission
• Exploit bugs or interfere with game functionality

3. In-App Purchases

The Game may include optional in-app purchases. These are processed through your app store (e.g. Google Play). We do not store your billing information. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or by the store’s policy.

4. Advertising

The Game may display third-party ads. Some may be based on aggregated gameplay data, but we do not serve personalized ads without your consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All graphics, content, trademarks, sounds, and game mechanics are the exclusive property of Airplane Crash Madness Studios LLC or licensed to us. You may not use them without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Game if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the Game at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, absence of bugs, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the last 6 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the app or on our website. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Hyderabad, India.
